Ireland dismantled leadership council creating a void where unstable incognito filled

Read mike silvers article and u will realize that incognito was aware that bush long dansby & those guys were out the door so he had to fill that void. At the end of the day who makes final personnel decisions? Jeff ireland does that is why fisher didnt wanna come here. Ireland is the emporer he made the final decision to dismantle the whole originally leadership council. Why would u let a class act like reggie bush leave your lockerroom? Dont u wanna keep guys like that around? By dismantling the leadership council there was a void and the team had no other choice but to put a mentally unstable incognito on there and pouncey who is now linked to hernandez. He removed class act veterans who could of represented us well. And the end of the day these problems go right back up to the top and thats jeff irelands careless and reckless way of running a team. He trades marshall for a 3rd round pick because of character issues yet his whole oline has issues mckinnie martin and pouncey. Fire him and save this franchise. Asking a player if his mom is a hooker. Backstabbing sparano. Calling a fan an *******. Creating unsafe work environments by his reckless and uneducated ways of building a team . Telling cog to punch martin. When will it end
 
The head coach makes all those types of decisions not Ireland.

These fire Ireland threads are really a joke.
 
Players vote for team leaders not Jeff Ireland but nice try.

They would not have had to vote "new team leaders" if the whole council wasnt dismantled!
 
Oh ya, the team had no choice but to put a mentally unstable Cog up there. Lets gloss over the fact that in 2012 he won "the good guy" award, and that Parcells has called him a model citizen. And that he was a very hard worker and always having his teammates back. And that the players chose him to be the leader. Sounds pretty deserving to be a team captain to me.
 
Bush danced too much and was injury prone. Enter Miller. 2nd highest YPC in the NFL. Obviously not what Bush was at time, but it was a strategic move. A football move.

Dansby, getting up in age, not too fast sideline to sideline and a large salary hit looming. Enter Ellerby. Quicker, younger, cheaper, and the supposed heir to the Ray Lewis throne. Whose to say he wasn't a leader. Again a football move.

Jake Long simply priced himself out of the market. Maybe we should've resigned him. But at the cost of an enormous salary despite his injury history. If Ireland knew how bad our line would be maybe he would've signed him. Anyways, a football and cap move.

Like Cromwell said, Martin protected Lucks blindside in Harbaughs tough nosed offense. We thought he could become that guy for our team. He did not. He played poorly. We put too much faith in Johnathon Martin.

Jake should have been signed, he played with one shoulder during one season and gave this team everything he had......why is it ok to over pay for a FA ( WR, LB) but not for a guy who did so much for the team while he was here...If he was here I don't think Martin snaps....part of Martins problem is he failed aT LT, got demoted and couldn't take the criticism.. add that to a unstable buffoon assigned to make him a tough guy sent him over the edge....If Jake is here maybe he takes the kid under his wing and things would be different.....

" When will it end" When people like you start thinking about the game and get off this over beaten dead horse. I for one am sick and tired of hearing about it.
