True Ireland knows more then us. Hoever, you are what your record is and we have 3 losing seasons in a row. If we dont have a winning season next year and that will be four in a row. That would be a poor job resume no matter how smart you are.

He has yet to draft a QB that can take us to the playoffs and that is his job. Hopefully Philbin will help get the GM out of our current situation and save his job. Cant wait to see Seattle post a winning record next year with Flynn too.

Ireland will be responsible for this coaching class we just brought in which is outstanding by the way. This whole site was rolling the FO's wind chimes in their mouths 2 months ago when our coaching staff was being built.

So ireland doesn't pay a huge contract to the human bobble head doll and doesn't pay top dollar for flynn who is NOT better than Moore. He realesed Bell when we have plenty of youngsters to fill his spot at strong safety to free up a ton of cap room and everyone is calling for his head. Also, the Marshall release was great, this guy will be be behind bars one day. Let's see what we can get out of the draft and be patient here please. Cooler heads always prevail.

Have no problem with the moves he has made recently, also think from what was available we're probably just as well off with Matt Moore. think he did a reasonable job last season...

Irelands isn't a complete moron and every single move is bad but his ability to bring in free agents or draft picks to fill and upgrade weak areas is lacking to the point of putting us in the situation we are in today. He has used 2 first rd picks and prioritized the OL for the last 4 years and still were working and even consider another 1 rd pick (c'mon)to upgrade the OL, filling positions on OL DB S with backups who will need to be replace the following season. If you look and see whats been done for several years you'll see a pattern of movement that always puts us in the same position the following year.....
This is the genuine reason to condemn our GM not to mention having no expressed plan or direction....
people have been seeing this going on and us going nowhere (years) and are seeing it continue and are not willing to put up with it anymore...
