Ireland must go part II

I for one am tired of the Dez thing the young man screwed up mentioning that his father was a PIMP and his mother worked for his Dad. He either was not thinking when he said it or just is not very smart. If it went down like Ireland laid it out then Ireland reponded to Dez starment about his mother instead of making it a statement like the way Dez made it sound. If Ireland lied then I would be on DEZ side in a minute other than that I see a lot of football heads trying to defend their own. You are welcome to your opinion being a long time fan just like I am and have been a fan as long and longer than you have. Ireland these last 2 1/2 years has done as good as any GM we have had in the last 20 except maybe JJ who got about 1/2 dozen defensive players that did not turn into all PRO's until after he left in his short tenure here. So Ireland has shown the ability to find football talent IMO. Which is his main job. Most of the issue that everyone keeps bringing up about all the busts were during the Parcells era. Ireland handling the image of the Dolphins is a bust which is part of his job but I do not really care that much about it. Ireland is being conservative in spending Rosses money on value picks and I personally like it. I think long term that is how you build a team. Henne is gone expect another Rookie QB in the fold this year that is how Ireland has drafted you build through the draft but when you choose a QB in this day and age and he does not work out you are gone. See Tony S, Parcells and why everyone wants Ireland gone. So Ireland to stay around he needs a good/great QB in this draft and next clean up the public image but I do not think the football heads will every let him do that as they painting a picture of Ireland as a White supremest in the Dez incident.

According to the sources, Ireland began the meeting by asking Bryant, 21, about his upbringing and his relationship with his siblings. Then he asked what Bryant's father did for a living when Bryant was growing up. The following exchange allegedly ensued:
"My dad was a pimp."
"What did your mom do [for a living]?"
"She worked for my dad."
"Your mom was a prostitute?"
"No, she wasn't a prostitute."

This is a big issue for our team... numerous players have come out and said they dont want to play for the fins because of ireland. Who are you to determine whats acceptable on the forums or not?
