Ireland wants draft deals done by July 1

Ireland today said he wanted the whole class of ‘08 to be signed by July 1. He made the comment today at Grande Oaks Golf Club, where the annual Dolphins Foundation tournament was held.

That would be sweet! Only Merling, Henne and Langford remain unsigned.

well,i hope they're signed by the time he wants,it'll be nice to have the remaining 3 signed and under contract with the team.

They will all be signed and in camp, no need to worry. In Ireland I trust

I agree completely about the front seven. I love Langford, but I think Merling is very underestimated by many people, my boy goes to school at Clemson and for the last two years has talked nothing but about how Merling is a beast.

i agree with the merling statements, none of us had him pegged at 2a because none of us had him falling that far. He will be a beast. I have no idea why the sports hernia scared teams off. I personally have had surgery 2 times for it in 2 different places and am an athlete and am 100% good to go. Obviously I don't take on 300+ lb lineman, but as far as mine go I wouldn't be scared to if this was my profession.

I think the biggest thing that made him fall so far was the fact that everyone went offensive tackle crazy in the first round.
