Well business is business. He won't sign until he gets a fair contract. This does make me mad though as he is missing out on valuable training and learning time. I have a hunch he will sign by the end of this week coming up. If not, it will definetly set the fins back for the begininng of the season.

If anything, I'm annoyed with the Dolphins organization and their refusal to give him the type of incentive package he's looking for. They've done a good job of keeping contract details out of the media, but from what HAS been written, it seems like they're not being very forthcoming with playing time incentives and performance-based escalators, etc...
They picked him 2nd overall, and should have been better prepared to pay him accordingly.

The only thing that bothers me is the player (Ronnie) with these comments about the agent and the team having to work it out and he is ready when they reach a deal as if he is an outsider to the process.

I am starting to get very fustrated that he hasn't signed yet. I thought for sure that he would be signed and ready for tonight's game. The deal doesn't seem that far apart now, so i hope that he will sign within the next 3 or 4 days.

nope. holdouts happen every year. yall shouldn't be surprised. part of the game. it will get done.
like i said before, tomlinson held out and had 5 carries in preseason. then ran for over 1,200 yards and 10 td's. RB is not a hard position to learn.

If he really cares about helpin' this franchise out then he needs to get his little butt to camp, If he cares about ronnie then he should keep holdin'-out.
