I think I'd be funny to ask this question after this poor man got mutilated again by an elite talent tonight. Somehow he ends up being honored as one of the greatest Dolphins of all time after only being here for three seasons?

No he is not. He had a couple of good seasons , he is not close to one of our 50 best

Eh. They needed a token player from the last 10 years to represent.

Immediately when Brent made the list I said it would be criminal if he makes it and Brock Marion was left off and that is what happened. Brent was the great one year, good another and average this year...like Brent, but damn.

Nope.

Yeremiah Bell should be on there instead.

When compiling any of these lists, if they count toward anything, non-retired players should be forcibly excluded. Too much emotion involved in attachments to current players. Brent Grimes is a prime example of why that should be a rule. It's ****ing insulting to guys like Jake Scott and Sam Madison and Pat Surtain, etc.

lets not get crazy.
Between 2003-2011 he recorded...

540 Tackles
9 Sacks
6 Forced Fumbles
5 Interceptions

Although he was only elected to 1 Pro Bowl in his career, his leadership abilities far outweighed any statistical accomplishments that he garnered.

However, Brock Marion is worthy too.

I will say he is the 2nd best at tripping over his own feet in Dolphins history.

Thank you for not making me feel so alone. Marion had 5 INTs and 153 tackles one season; no one-hit wonder, he also had 5 INTs another season and over 100 tackles. Plus a bunch of return yards.

Marion was sorely underappreciated by virtue of playing with Madison/Surtain and JTaylor/Trace Armstrong/ Adewale Ongunleye/Tim Bowens.

Nope, he had one good year in 2013, was average in 2014, and now below average this season. No way does he deserve to be in the top 50 Dolphins players of all time. He will be gone next season unless he takes a lower contract to come back as a #2 CB which he won't do. He and his loud mouthed wife will be leaving town.

We need help in the secondary BADLY! In starting to think it's a bigger need than linebacker and guard! If make an all out attempt to sign Janoris Jenkins and double down drafting Hargraeves or Jalen Ramsey should we be in position to. Don't know what Grimes' contract situation is looking like next year but he needs to be restructured and take a pay cut. He would be a pretty solid number 2 or 3 CB
