Is Channing Crowder switching to 55 once Seau leaves?

Anyone have any info on this? I would hate to get a 52 jersey if he will switch next season..

I remember Tory Holt switched his jersey once Az Hakim left back to his old college number.

What makes you think hes not the kind of guy to care for things like that? Personally IMO 55 is a better number. My old shirt No was 44 so i guess im biased with the double digit thing.

I think I probably would if I were him. He probably didn't want #52 but it was the closest looking number to 55. Just flip the 2 over and you have 5. My advice would be to wait. That way you can't go wrong.

I don't think 55 means tht much to him... he offered to give it up whilst he was in college in order to recruit someone.

i only kno tht because that was the response i got when i asked exactly the same question after the draft...

I duno, he's had a good season with #52, i dont see why he would change.

Hell yeah. If he switches to #55 the #52's will go up in value because they would be limited edtion jerseys.
