Interesting question.

I am so stoked to have DC on board. The man is a stud. He's got a cannon for an arm (which btw u cannot say about DB). We have all watched in awe at some of the remarkable games and seasons he has had in Minny.

And just imagine, we finally have a QB who won't "underthrow" CC.

CC is gonna have a Monster year, another Pro Bowl year.

Now for all you naysayers, STOP THE WHINING!!!! We finally got a QB, which we have not had for years. Sheeesshhh, give it a rest. If you are a true blood Fin Fan, you should be stoked. Will you never be satisfied? Go ahead and jump off the bandwagon now, you WILL NOT be missed!!!

We finally have a chance to go to the big dance.

I think the answer to your thread line is no. Unless I'm totally off base I think Brian Griese was the first Florida bred QB that played for the Fins. Dad Bob was still the Fins QB when he was born in South Florida.
