Is Hadnot a FA after this year?

I'd have to say that if he were, it would be wise to sign him to an extension. He is not our best lineman, but he is consistent and can play two positions, and has two solid years under his belt. I'd rather keep him, but with all these average lineman getting nig time money I don't think we could let him test FA.

Very true I think he is the only lineman that we have that I would hate to see go

i wouldnt sign him yet i would wait tell the middle of the year and if he is doing good then we sign him to an extension

why? hes already shown hes a contributer to the line, him, carey, and satele will be here for alot of their careers in my opinion

If he is a FA next year and the fins want to keep him I would sign him NOW....

Why?

1. The money that G are fetching in the FA market is huge.
2. He will get a big payday because he can play center too.
3. Cap will be going up again next year so the "big" contracts you seen landed by the gaurds this year will go up again.

It would be a mistake if we let Hadnot walk. Hadnot is our 2nd best OL behind Carey.

Him being the second best might have to be altered if Satele comes through, this guy was pretty highly rated by most people. If he can play well, our line will have made an improvement in the middle, as for the tackles well thats another story......Carey has to get in the 320-325 range to be able to move well enough IMO.
