Is it just me or did Ronnie bulked up a lot as a fin, he seemed leaner at auburn...

For some reason, I saw Ronnie run slower as a dolphin. He's frame was also more built than when he was at auburn. Don't you think this slowed him down?

Nah I definitely dont think he slowed down...if anything he needed to bulk up ...but he's a pretty big boy now and he can run pretty well. Goin into the combine he ran a 4.45 or something like that....for example the 65 yard run he had against carolina in week 3...he took off from the goal line and out ran most of the secondary....but who knows..thats just IMO :)
 
I remember some people on here calling him "fat" during the season. That's why you gotta love this board :lol:
 
Every college player will put on more muscle when they get to the NFL. Not to mention Ronnie is one of the fastest backs in the leauge even though he's a tank at 6' and 235lbs.
 
He's bound to bulk up & get stronger in the NFL, but seriously doubt he's slowed up at all.

You know, the funny thing about it is that I actually thought he looked smaller in the NFL. Might be because he is running behind O-linemen and against D-linemen that are, on average, larger in the pros than in college. I don't know.
 
im sure he got bigger and did not lose his speed......ronnie is right where he has to be...cant wait for some highlight rells this year

Yeah he does look a bit "swole" in Miami doesn't he?

Maybe you get this feeling because everyone in the NFL is fast. It doesn't mean Ronnie has gotten slower, but that his competition is that much faster.
