whenever i watch espn or somthin and a team has highlights its always seem 2 be on da dolphins!!! even if we won da game it just happen 2 me today
 
Remember, NFL network, ESPN and Foxsports are run by NY freaks, so what do you expect when 3 of our rivals are from the NY-Mass area....
 
haha yeah!! and did anyone see that lebron commerical? i mean COME ON!!! why does he have to be clowing on the FINS!!
 
well most of them also take place in MIA so it has to do a lot with the weather and how it looks on screen the others they must just love our uni's

Yeah I saw that and was like WTF? The Fins? They had 31 teams to choose from and they pick the Fins? The kicker was the tipped ball Lebron pulls on that helpless defensive back with the most idiotic look on his face possible.

Thanks for that solid Fins publicity. Clearly a team like the Cowboys, Steelers or Patriots would never be considered because, well, no one would believe that anyone on the Browns, even Lebron, could do that to them.

Makes me puke. Yes it's a dream, yes it's a commercial but still - don't make the Fins look dumb and expect me to like it.
 
THANK YOU! I have always noticed that??? What is the deal with that? And that Lebron commercial... I just shook my head.
 
I think it's just you guys. If its any commercial, you wont really remember it after 5 min. But if it features the fins, it sticks in your mind.

I liked that Peyton Manning Sprint commercial from last year where he is in a hallway opening doors looking for receivers, and finds Harrison submerged underwater with 3 or 4 dolphins swimming around him. Great analogy. "He's completely covered."
 
I have definitely noticed this, especially with the pats and jets......but in general its always the dolphins getting beat as highlights
 
even though i hate to say it dat lebron comercial is kinda cool

You go into watching the commercials with this on your mind. I just think you're a little paranoid
 
I think it's the uniforms. The Dolphins have really bright uniforms that make them stand out, especially on HD. Sometimes with football commercials, you'll notice that the crowd (or crowd animation) is nearly blacked out since they don't want to spend a bunch of money on extras (or extra animation). So using a team with brightly colored uniforms helps to make the players contrast with the background and makes it eye grabbing which is what marketing is all about. They want whatever is on the screen to grab your attention. If you used a team like the Raiders they would be a little harder to see with the dark background.

I have no idea if any of that is true by the way. : )
 
Maybe because people as a whole have a short memory and remember our recent history. The director's typecast the fins as the team being beat. Well i can hardly wait till the "Chad you just beat so and so what are you gonna do now?" "I'm going to Disney" commercial comes out in a year or two! :woot:
