or did Brock Berlin play twice as good as Feeley and Rosenfels against the Jags third string D. Last week Brock also went 11-14, even though he had the interception you can tell he learned from his mistake becaus he threw a perfect TD in the same area of the endzone. By the way, he was the #1 QB coming out of high school, so he does have potential

He went undrafted for a reason ya know. But i would like to keep him to see what all he's got.

That really has nothing to do with it. MAybe he has a little potential. Its nothing that with be realized on the regular season playing field this year or next probably. So IMO it's just you.......for now

he definately has potential. He plays great when hes down in a game, just ask Florida State and the Gators

I Will Tell You What He Has Got!!!!! A Hell Of A Lot More Potential Than Feeley!!!!
A Hell Of A Lot More Than Feeley ever had unfortunately that jack@$$ spielman doesn't know potential so he wiped his @$$ with our second round pick

I believe Miami has to cut one of their QB's by the end of the pre-season. Thats gotta be the hardest decision to make...we definetely wont cut Gus Frerrote, but its hard to choose. Personally, im sick of AJ Feeley...he cant do anything. Sage is safe to keep, and Brock Berlin is young and has tremendous potential. BUT, id still cut Sage Rosenfels because he is on the older side, and hes not that much better than AJ Feeley....i think AJ should be a backup to Gus Frerrote. If Saban cuts Berlin, he's losing out...because YES he is a rookie and was undrafted, but hes doing amazing so far.

Travis Minor was the #1 overall player coming out of high school, he went on to play great in college and... then he battled with kay-jay harris for the last spot on the squad.
Everyone has potential, it's the NFL. Potential means little or nothing.

we should keep as many of our younger guys as we can. Keep Kay Jay because he has potential...but then there's Ronnie Brown too. Keep Berlin cuz he may be valuable in 4-5 years. Keep Travis Daniels, he looks good. Keep Anthony Alabi, Matt Roth, Channing Crowder, Rex Hadnot, Vernon Carey...cuz they may be valuable in 3-5 years...well Carey and Hadnot are already valuable. By the way, what happened to Kevin Vickerson??? how is he doing??? I mean so far, all of our draft picks have looked good. I wasnt able to see the Jaguars game, but in the Bears game, Brian Gilmore impressed me A LOT, and so did that Diamond guy.

I know lots of people are like "Saban likes to go YOUNG, so why is he bringing in some of the oldest people?"....i personally believe its because he wants some of the best veterans in there to be role models for our younger guys. If i was a defensive tackle and i had some no-name playing beside me, id do ****. But if i had Warren Sapp or Keith Traylor beside me, id be all excited and hyped.
