In timing too perfect to ignore, the Miami Dolphins have fired their defensive coordinator, Paul Pasqualoni. The Dolphins’ vice president of operations is Bill Parcells. Parcells is a long-time friend and frequent boss of Groh’s. How frequent? They worked together at Army. And Air Force. And the New York Giants. And the New England Patriots. And the New York Jets.

For all we know, they once bagged groceries at adjacent checkout lines.

No new news. Just how Georgia Tech feels about Groh and the Dolphins...

Chan Gailey sucked anyway, did us a favor in my opinion ... we'd still be running 10 wide receiver screens a game if we had that clown.

That clown did get the dolphins offense in the playoffs twice with a QB named Jay Fiedler. Norv Turner did not.

the Tuna found Belichick, Weis, Crennel, Zimmer

I would hope we wouldn't have to get a retread

isn't Bowles a better option than Groh?

I like Gailey but it was the defense that "got" us into the playoffs

I heard Costas say that Mark Sanchez "has his team in the playoffs"

whatever

I personally hate this argument and it's used all the time, Oh the defense took us to the playoffs blah blah blah. If the offense didnt do their part it wouldnt have worked ok. Yea our defense back then could score but you gonna tell me they could score enough week in and week out that we wouldnt need the O. C'mon its not just you but when ever someone brings up fiedler that line comes up in the argument and it's rediculous.

By the way I have seen jay on more than one occassion win ball games for us. It takes a team effort clear across the board to win in this league and more so to make it to the playoffs.
