Now I will admit I didn't watch to many games because he didn't play for the Gators. The games that I did see him play he look good.Ran picked up first downs threw a few lazors and had some good touch with the ball when needed.
However watching him face Alabama I seen a totally different player.Im afraid when he gets to the NFL he will get exposed like he did against the Tide.
So is he fools gold?

I actually think he'll slide to 13, it's up to our new staff to see if he's worth the risk.

Edit:

Here's my thinking and I'm sure other teams probably feel this way.

Take a chance with Murray if he's there at 13 and use 2020 to fall back on if he flops.

Nobody knows which direction Flores and co. Will go in the draft. Not even the gurus who like a specific player and want this team to draft him. This is a new regime I honestly don’t know which way they’ll go, no one does unless you work for the organization. Everything right now is pure speculation by fans and media. As much as i like Murray, I’m really hoping they shore both sides of the trenches first though.

As far as fools gold. That’s up for debate.

I seen a mock on CBS (I think) where it had Murray falling to the Patriots at the end of round 1

Whenever I see him I can't help but think of what happened to Pat White....

I think Murray is more dynamic than Pat White.

My question is the following: Would Brady, Elway, Marino, Aikman, etc succeed with our recent past offensive lines? If we Draft Murray who has potential without rebuilding a line I think we waste a draft and player.

With Elway, Marino and Brady we make the playoffs. Whether that's considered a success I guess is up to the individual.

I don’t know, you have all these front offices doing all this due diligence and work on him and you decide your all in as the next leader of your franchise but then cut bait after one year?

If your making that pick with conviction you have to play it out, barring a significant injury, thats my thought anyway.
