That's not an easy question. We've had about 30 years of durable Hall of Fame QB play. Sandwhiched in between was a QB who took us to a Super Bowl. And behind the HOF'ers were two of the greatest backups ever. So it's a tough one with very few to choose from.

not only the worst....but Im questioning myself if he is even a QB at all...He started off as a special teams guy then, asked Bill Parcells to let him play QB, Bill told him it might run him out of the league and he said he would gamble on it and believe it or not I think that time is coming....hes just another Kordell Stewart.

Ive only been watching Football for about 5 years (Im 20).. so I can go by what history tells me and what I have witnessed.. The list of Dolphins great QB's should be Marino/Griese/Fiedler/Strock/Morral Id gather... The Bills had who else other than Kelly and now Bledsoe?? Flutie Flakes???

Jay is a winner... thats good enough for 3rd on my list.. Give me the 3 best Bills QB's and we will compare..

Didn't Jack Kemp play for the Bills? That's a pretty respectable 3rd.
