I know he is not one if the elite RB's in the league but I am still a bit surprised that he doesnt even get mentioned by these NFL analyst or none of these teams. I heard on this forum that the Rams asked about him but nothing else. I have a feeling he'll end up with the Pats.

IDK why people keep saying they think ronnie will end up with the pats they have BenJarvus Green-Ellis, Danny Woodhead, Kevin Faulk, Sammy Morris, plus they just drafted 2 rbs

Ronnie already said if he was going to leave the dolphins he will not join the pats.

Injured RBs are not normally thought of very highly. Plus look around the league, every team pretty much has their starter set. Ahmad Bradshaw isn't even getting any play and he had 1200 yard rushing last year...but he has bad feet (got both operated on this off season) and fumble issues. Normally injuries at the RB position are enough to scare a team off.

Ronnie may have to wait till someone gets injured before he finds some interest. There are maybe 5 or 6 teams looking for a backup. Pats are set as mentioned above, Jets are set with LT and Greene, Buffalo has Spiller and Fred Jackson...Ronnie won't end up in our division.

i really think we should bring back ronnie or ricky - you know bush is going to be hurt at least part of the year.

well, injuries dont help his cause but 2 regimes have tried to trade him, at times when he was healthy!!

the year after the big wildcat farce, bill asked for a 4th rounder before that draft.....................

not even a wiff. rumour said he went down to a 5................. NOPE!!

ronnie was over drafted, over payed, and WAY over valued by many fans. he hasnt, and never could do anything more than any other bench scrub can do or stop gap back. he couldnt win a starting job in in jr hi. couldnt win the starting job in high school. couldnt unseat cadillac williams in college. but, he he gets drafted #2 over all? never being a starter in his football life?

only in miami folks!

he will land somewhere. some team will have an injury or bring him in for depth. i think the rams are winking a bit. but he will not be given any big contract and no other team is dumb enough to pay him dolphins money and make him any kind of feature back.

i would look at some teams that run the cat and look at them. that is where ronnie has any real production so he may be picked up as a part time cat specialist.

long as he doesnt come back here, i dont care. wasted enough money and roster spots on him.

Did't the Dolphins sign a Injuried RB?

St. Louis appears to be courting Ronnie pretty good. Relieving Steven Jackson in games would be his main job.

He's an older, injury prone, overrated rb... Clearly no one wants him very badly.

I think Ronnie could thrive in a complementary role. He was never going to be a great running back but put him in an H-back role or get him on a west coast team like the Eagles and let him play to his strengths....

I think ronnie is still a good player and would bring veteran depth and leadership and he can play yes hes not the fastest and gets hurt but thats why now we have a fast back in reggie bush I like ronnie alot tho so I am biased

That guy was the master of fluke injuries. I'm a fan of his, I thought we saw his best before his injury on Cameron's tenure; he was in his best shape of his career that season too. But the injuries were very annoying.

I saw where the Jets resigned LaDanian Tomlison at a reduced rate of like $1.1M for one season, so demand for older RBs has declined significantly. I would have no problem with an offer to Ronnie at a reduced rate to be our #3 RB and insurance.
