I am not trying to bash but I do want to bring this up. Sparano to me seems to make the same mistakes Wanny made and he doesnt seem to evaluate talent all that good, but is this more of a head coach who just might not be the guy or is it more of a head coach who may or should fire some guys namely the defensive coordinator and offensive coordinator?


If it was me I would fire these coaches.

Dan Henning offensive coordinator

the defensive coordinator

secondary coach
wide receivers coach yes, definately. ( Robert Ford where have you gone ? )

qb coach most certainly . I would hire pennington as qb coach

the oline coach I am not sure about the oline right now.

is there any coaches that you all think needs to go ?
 
a) Sporano is going nowhere
b) Cowher would never coach under Parcells
c) We all saw how well a great college coach would do us
d) We will just be going backwards starting all over with a new former coordinator
e) Sporano is not on the field, nor calling the ****ed up plays (See fire Henning threads)
f) This thread and ALL fire Tony Sporano threads are retarded and should be deleted immediately.

Today was devastating and showed that Sparano does have flaws. Still though, do you really think the best thing for this franchise is to blow up the front office AGAIN and start over? Hasn't that REALLY been the problem this past decade?

Two years of Saban. Team starts over.

One year of Cameron. Team starts over.

So your suggesting two years of Sparano and to start over again? Some times, all a team needs is some darn continuity.
 
Sparano needs to leanr a lot of things yet. He especially needs to learn the overall gameday management. He has made his share of bonehead mistakes this year. He seems to panic and not know when to take timeouts. He also lets Henning get away with stupid playcalling every damn week.
 
Here is my problem with Sparano. we are seeing the same mistakes being made by the DC and OC in week 11 that we saw in week 1. He is the HC he needs to address this and address it now! I know some people will say you don't know what goes on behind closed doors and your right! However the evidence is the same mistakes are repeated every week!
 
How do we increase your Negative Rep, its not Red enough for my taste :)
