is Suh really worth it??

not trying to be funny but do we honestly think paying a guy 16 million a season is better than paying a few guys less but filling more of our needs.is he really that good??I don't watch to many other teams so I can't make that assessment.I know he is elite at his position but will his salary cap hurts us in years to come
 
Did we need another thread? lol.... He's expensive and I don't think hes worth highest paid defensive player but that's what free agency does. Though yes I would like him either way.
 
I don't think so. Rather sign a few quality guys to fill multiple needs

Right now the team seems pretty tight, except for Wallace who always seems to have some kind of issue.

All or almost all of the players go to the off season functions. Suh NEVER does that stuff.

If you bring in someone and pay him more than everyone else and he is not a team guy,

bad tings gonna happen mon, sooner or later. :finnasty:

This what I love about Dolphin fans in general. Essentially we would get a top 5 D plaer, the top NT in the game, and there is a portion of fans that think it wouldn't be worth getting a player like that. It's so telling to me. The Dolphins fan base has to be one of the most unique fan bases that there is.

Constant complaints about average players on an average team with a chance to sign the top free agent DT and fans complaining about the money he will command.

Let's sign even more average players so we can complain our team is average again this year.......... Yay.

Suh is the best DT in the game. Extremely disruptive to the offense. Nobody can block this guy one on one. So yes hes worth it. Did you notice the Lions had the best defense last year? Suh is the biggest reason

Because JJ Watt sure carried his team to a superbowl appearance, right? Right?? No? Oh yeah, it turns out this is a team game and all those other guys need to get paid too.

No clue why people want to go out and vastly overpay for a single star player when we've got so many bums that need replacing that we're not going to be competing for anything the next few years anyways without a massive overhaul. What a great way to put the team into cap hell for even more years to come!
