Is that tape of Mrino for real

WQAM is playing a tape this morning and claims it is Dan Marino all fired up when asked where do we get all the players from to fill our holes. Rumor has it that Marino got up and did this:
We will be going to Oklahoma, to South Dakota.... {listing a bunch of state names, screaming}.... and then...we will be going to the Superbowl!

The tape has ben played at least twice this morning on QAM. Just a hoax?

That's not Marino. That's Howard Dean... after he finished 3rd in the Iowa Democratic primaries. He said Washington at the end... so I'd imagine that the superbowl bit was doctored on at the end.
