You can only have one forward pass per play. The first is considered a handoff then a passJust wondering if that counts as two completions for Tua.
Thanks. You can only have one forward pass per play. The first is considered a handoff then a pass
Yes. When's the last time you've seen a play like that? I'm sorry you hate our QB, but geez...What if it was Jacoby who made the play? Would this thread be happening?

I wonder where our gaggle of OCs saw that play, because they sure as hell didn't come up with that themselves. It sure looked to me like the play was designed to go back to Gaskin. Defenders assume the flicker is going deep, but the QB floats it just over the heads of the rushers to a wide-open RB. Very clever. It likely won't work again now that it's been seen by the league, but gimmick plays like that aren't meant to be staples, anyway. Good times on a fun night.
I've shaken my head at some calls, too, but credit where due. From the endzone view it looks like we have a WR (Wilson) hauling ass on a deep corner, too. I don't know if that's to sell the secondary on the fake, or whether he's a true option if Tua gets time for a deep throw, but there was a lot going on. At a glance it looks well conceived. I'd love to see an all-22 breakdown of the play.I wonder where our gaggle of OCs saw that play, because they sure as hell didn't come up with that themselves.
