Is the LCB position fixable at at present ??

What to do with Reggie Howard ??

Trade him if its possible. No team is likely to take on his salary though.
 
Try and trade for a 7th round pick if no one wants him cut him!
 
Come on guys realistically he is a good 4th corner in this league... i doubt anyone will trade for him. This is just another one of speilmans specials. Talk about desperation last year this team gave away the farm for a bunch of backups howard, feeley, gordon etc.....
The way I see it I look at this from Nick Saban forward. He is doing as good a job as you can with this team. The fact that he evaluates every position on a weekly basis is the reason this team will sneak up on many teams this year.
This staff listens as opposed to previous years where they did some ridiculous deals :rofl3: .

Thats way too much money to pay for a 4th corner. We can get somebody like T-buck and pay him the minimum. And honestly I think that T-buck, even with his age, can still cover better than Howard.
 
he has to stay, unless we can get a better corner somehow. otherwise cut him asap. he is not money, but sure has lots of it for being so. however the options are limited, so we must put up with him, and hope he gets better.

Not only that. he is a ball hawk on nickle zone coverages. He jumps routes kinda like Deion Sanders did. Not gonna be the best tackler on the team, but if we want some help getting turnovers and good coverage he's our man. I've always liked him, he gets burned sometimes due to his risk taking though.
 
if you can somehow improve the position this year or next year you can get rid of him by trade or cut. But more than likely we can't. So if we cant I would drop him to a dime package defensive back
 
I personally think Saban is getting into Reggie's head and at the same time proving to the rest of the team, "That if you don't play well and are not showing signs of getting better, your history"!!!! I think if we see 1 more poor outing from Howard,Saban will get cut him!!
