They'll be back next years draft

When Greg Oden, Kevin Durant, and Bradan Wright all enter the 2007 draft

no that draft was the best class ever...next year should be good too like budd said i also think hansborough farmar and noah will be in next years draft

That class was the best! I really enjoyed watching that draft lately I just don't feel it as much and I am a Raptors fan which we usually have a top ten pick!

I really want to see Noah come out. That man has got me excited about his play.

Noah is doing the right thing by staying. Hes not a great basketball player....hes just more of a unique athletic big man in a game where players over 6'9 are rare. If he tried to play PF in the NBA he would get destroyed.

The draft lacks the big names b/c everyone left last year. Give the NCAA a year to adjust...then the stars will be out again.

Chris Paul and Dwight Howard aren't big names?

I think what you got to look at is that not every year you are going to have 3 big studs in a draft class like you did with LeBron, Carmelo and Wade. This year's draft class has a tons of talented and skilled players in it. It could even be better then the LeBron's class.

I think you could remove the word "draft" and be accurate.

The NBA has gone from high octane offense to physical streetball over the course of a decade, with fundamentals eroding badly. Of course there are still many players with sound skills, but in general, I don't like where the game is going. and haven't for a while.

Yeah i was gonna say he kinda jumped the gun alittle cuz they've all been in the league for 3 years and there already considered the best ever? No one to early to judge. But to answer your question there are big names in the drafts of recent they just don't get as much hype as the class with james/wade/melo/bosh.

These things are cyclical. It depends who declares when. In addition the special players only come along once in a while. The 03/04 class was blessed to have 4-5 really special players in it. That happens maybe once a generation. At most the NBA drafts get 1-2 players per draft class who clearly separates themselves. Paul is probably the guy in this class though I have high hopes for Charlie Villanueva and Frye (who I see as a poor mans David Robinson because of his jump shooting prowess and polish on his overall game).

There simply cant be a Bron or a Wade or a Melo every year. Not enough players have that kind of talent. What set that class apart was that all those guys were so NBA ready. Wade was the only 1 who came in while not in his teens and yet their bodies were NBA ready and because of the prior programs they played in they had enough maturity to the point where they could comprehend a pro offense. Bosh, Bron, Melo, and Wade all possessed the work ethic to make their talent surface which is the other thing that set this class apart.

And how can we leave out the 95 draft: AI, Ray Allen, Starbury, Kobe, Camby... There were 10-15 guys who ended up being very strong players.

And the Knicks who has 2 1st rd picks drafted: John Wallace (d'ohhh) who I badly wanted to see succeed cause he was a Cuse guy and someone named John Thomas....D'ohhhhh
