Is The OL Limiting The OC’s Play Calling?

Sure it is, but I don't trust the play callers either. Just look at the way they handled the drive right before the half ended and when they got into the red zone. Just pathetic.

To an extent, but there's still NO EXCUSE for calling a WR bubble(less) screen in our own endzone (reference to the LV game).

It could also mean they arnt doing a good job of coaching . But probly a bit of both. The last 2 games we are going deep a little more so maybe we are improving.

The OL has limited almost everything for like a decade now. The best OL we have had in that time was when Pouncey, Albert, and James were healthy...which they hardly ever where. Even then we were ranked in the mid 20's. Back then we had decent starters and no depth, and now we have all depth and no decent starters. It is a sad joke how long we have had crappy OL's.

Just a thought I had. Anyone agree?

The Dolphins offensive line play has been average all season long. So, wisely the coaching staff avoids and, or, limits calling the plays which would require significant time for the receivers to run deep routes.
I understand team fans and incompetent broadcasters often suggest "opening it up " and, or, "going downfield" but the reality is those type plays are low percentage and, or, often lead to turnovers. The number of current teams with OL's capable of giving their QB and receivers enough time to consistently execute well long pass plays if probably 4 or 5 out of 32 teams.

No. Only Tua limits the offense. Everything on offense revolves around the QB and it is his fault, playcalling, execution, alignments, depth of routes, scoring, everything.
We have no o-line, historically bad (3 lineman tied for the most pressures) , no running game, our two top wide outs out and yet Tua completed 81 per of passes and we won. We also have a coach that likes to control the game through his defense. We will never be a great offensive team under Flo, Watson or whoever.
