Is there not chance at all that the fins will make the playoffs this year?

There is always a chance. I mean you look at last year and we were basically one game away. But having four losses already and being 0-2 in the division does not bode well. Plus the pats are at 4-1.

I think we still got a shot, but we have to get on a hell of a winning streak.

honestly i think we take each game one at a time i think we play good defesnse like we have been ans the offesne will catch on......i say we win 8 or 9 out of our last 11 games call me crazy but i think we do!!!

Mathmatically....Yes there is still a chance.... although a small one.
Realistically.....not a chance... unless hell freezes over

The problem is the 1st half of our schedule we played teams like Houston and Tennessee. The second half of our schedule we play teams like Chicago, Kansas City, Jacksonville, New England again, and Indianapolis.

yah we're done for the postseason barring some insane miracle. id give us a 1% chance. we really needed that game vs the pats to have any chance in the AFC East and we lost it. wildcard isn't even a question when you look at the afc.... afc east would be our only chance. they're 4-1 we're 1-4, plus their schedule is actually easier than ours.. they got games vs houston, tennessee, green bay, detroit,

The playoffs were history after we lost winnable games to Buffalo and Houston.

NE slammed shut the lid on the casket. The Jets will probably bury us this week, while the Bears and the Jags wait for a chance to dance on our graves.

There are only three games that matter to me anymore. The Jets games-- so we can at least take them down with us-- and the Detroit game-- since it would make Thanksgiving better and the Lions are a team we should beat (not that it matters this season since we've shown ourselves capable of losing to anyone).

It would be alot easier if we would have beat the Pats :tantrum: It's not impossible but it's highly unlikely. Our only chane at making the playoffs is if our offense plays lightsout for the rest of the season.

problem is new england has an easy schedule comapred to ours, and that they have to lose 3 more games than us just to be tied at the end

Last year we were at the middle of the season, one game behind, that doesn't look like it ,this year. In my honest opinion, we are over and i hope to be wrong, but the offense don't want to win the games(2td's, 5int's in 5 games) and our D is one of the tops D's but the cann't do it alone, they need to rest and even though the secondary is coming into term, they still need more time to be the best they can be, GO DOLPHINS!! :dolphins:

2 tds?

2 vs pitt

0 vs bills

1 vs tenn

1 vs houston

1 vs patriots

5td , where do u get 2 from lol

Before we can even think playoffs we have to first beat the Jets this coming Sunday. If that happens, maybe we can get some momentum.
We won't win the division, but if we only lose 2 more games maximum, 10-6 could very likely get us in as a wild card. Sometimes 9-7 teams make it as a wild card too. Figure that Indy will have clinched by the time we play them and maybe Manning, Harrison and some other key players sit the game out or play very little, we'd have a very reasonable chance to beat them.
The toughest game left of course will be the Bears in Chicago. We do get the Jags at home and that could help us.
Just gotta take them one at a time and hope for some wins. :dolphins: :)
