this isn't college football, there are no pollsters to impress or SOS to worry about. this is the league, and in the league, who cares how the W comes as long as it is a W. i think this a good thing that the machine is not in perfect working order. in previous years, the guys would breeze through this early part of the season looking like world beaters and getting a false sense of being great, only to get their arses whipped when it was time for the get-down. this year they, and i mean the offense specifically, are playing like crap, and they know that they need to be better. the o-line has sucked, the wr's have sucked outside of cc and mac, jay has sucked, and all of this allows teams to stack the hell out the box and put ricky on lock. everybody on that side of the ball needs to pick it up to get where they want, and judging from their comments to the press, they know that
