Is this a MUST WIN against Kansas City?

Yes. If you can't beat KC at home with all of their injuries, that would be inexcusable, and if I were Philbin, I would start to get very worried.

No. Week 3 is never a MUST WIN situation. Most fans will give up though.

If Miami loses this game say goodbye to the playoffs and the qb

Yup. 1-2 start the season basically means you are not going to the playoffs. If you can't bounce back from a sloppy loss like last week and come out flat for the second week in a row then might as just hit fast forward on the season. At least last year at this time we were 2-0 and going to 3-0 giving me much hope for the season. But its not last year. Never know though. But RT needs to break out today or he never will.

Yea. Its already slipping for me.

I don't think it's a must win, but if this is not a 35-13 type of game then I will be disappointed. KC isn't any good, they are depleted with injuries, so this a game in which how they win will matter more than if they win.

To true Fin fans yes! We know this team in and out and we know we should win it but we also know what happens when we expect something from this team, they let us down. Im at the point where I'm not gonna be a believer until we actually make the playoffs.

When we look so hungry like that against real contenders, and then look so flatlined the next week. It's hard to know which dolphins team comes out. I think really week 6 is the deciding mark. And for miami I think it will be 4-2 or 2-4 and that will dictate the attitude of the fans and media.

This is a must win game, absolutely.
If this team cannot win at home against a similarly banged up team, then they are going no where this season.
This might be a trap game of sorts with their thoughts on traveling to England next week to play the Raiders.
Philbin needs to step up and get this team focused. One game at a time.
We have a bad habit of starting games slowly when at home. I would not be surprised to see that lackadaisical attitude again today.
Again, if that happens, it is on philbin.
I can imagine the Fins going 2-0 the next 2 weeks just as easily as 0-2.
If they lose this game, we will likely head into the bye week at 1-3.
At that point, this coaching staff and players will be pointing fingers.

Yes. Playoff team needs to win the next 2 games against wounded opponents. This week we match up well against the opponent, and next week we simply play a bad team at a neutral site.

I agree with pretty much everyone posting in this thread. It's not a must win by any means but if we can't beat the Chiefs in our house, it's going to be a long season. Again.

Even if we win- it simply means as "you stated" we beat a banged up team. All things considered that's not saying much ///

If we lose this game, they will be thinking the same thing about the Miami Dolphins.

right now...with this team...even small victories are huge.

I cant understand why you all are saying KC isnt any good..... They took Denver down to the wire last week and almost pulled the upset... IMO, they are a better team than us
