I think Miller is on his way out the door.

So I'm starting to look at mid rnd rbs because I think we could go that route. Gase gets praised for his woro with qbs, but im more impressed by hismwork with running backs. CJ Anderson, and Hillman were amazing in his system, And Forte and Jeremy Langford also looked great.

Watching some of the guys graded in the mid rnds though,, I'm not too impressed so far.

The one that stands out the most so far and is graded in the 3rd rnd who I really like is Kenyon Drake. Looks like he could be an explosive fit for the ZBS too. It wouldn't surprise me if he had a better NFL career than Henry tbh.

Any other mid rnd or late rnd rbs you guys like?

DJ Foster is another guy who is growing on me.

Nothing special at RB, but he can line up a lot of places because of his receiving skills. He's just one of those guys defenses stress over because you don't know how he will be used.

Reminds me one of the type of player Bellichek could just cause alll kinds of havoc with because of his versitility.

I pray that we don't run a true ZBS. That crap doesn't work for the running game. Hopefully if we can't retain Miller, some of those RBs fall.......much like Miller himself and Ajayi.

Curious to see where Kenneth Dixon goes. I'd love to add him in the mid rounds.

If you can keep him healthy I wouldn't mind taking a look at Keith Marshall out of Georgia. Sounds like a remake of the Terrell Davis story. Injuries and playing with Gurley and Chubbs have kept him under the radar, but once he's healthy he could be a good number two or three back.

I like Tre Carson from Texas A&M in the later rounds, he's a 225-230 pound back with quick feet.

I really like his balance. Dixon just knows how to play the position. Def a player to keep an eye on.

dunno much about Marshall, I'll check him out when I get a chance though.

Was thinking the same thing. Nice call.

For the life of me, I can't figure out why Lamar Miller got so few touches. He was the most underused player in the NFL based on his talent IMO. His carries increased under Dan Campbell, but I don't know why he wasn't getting 20 touches a game...does make me wonder what the front office thinks of him.

Well Miller didn't get limited touches because he's under sized. I had field passes for the Titans game and was stunned by how big Miller is.

I think hes had a lot of injuries that the team hides.

I brought this up in another thread where everyone wondered the same about Cam Wake, and why he wasnt playing more snaps. IMO he had a injury the team was hiding, once he played more snaps that grade 1 tear became a full tear.

If Miller leaves via FA due to o him wanting way too much $ then IMHO Alex Collins is a damn good consolation prize. Watched him for his entire college career at Arkansas and silently said to myself he'd do wonders for this offense. Also a Florida native IIRC.

Where do you see CJ Prosise going j-off? I don't really ever hear his name mentioned, but I thought he looked damn good for us. He's like 220, and runs hard, has solid speed. Has decent hands. I would love to add him and dump Damien Williams

I think he'd be a significant upgrade over Williams. Right now, I'm seeing 3rd-4th, and as long as he doesn't have a great Combine, that seems about right. Of course, if he has a terrible Combine that would also impact his stock, but I don't see that happening.

I'd love to nab him the 4th. 3rd might be too early, but we shall see if the combine does him any favors
