Henne starter but Moore gets off to good start

Before the preseason is over, I think some Dolphins fans will be calling for Matt Moore as a viable quarterback answer. I do not think Moore will actually be the starter (speaking today) but if his practice Thursday night -- his first with the Dolphins -- is any indication, he will have his moments during this preseason. And I bet some fans will see his work and float the idea of him as a possible starter.
The reason I think this?
Moore was pretty good. He connected several times on pretty fly (nine) routes. He had nice footwork both in the pocket and on bootlegs. He also showed a willingness to hit the seam route to the tight end. Overall, Moore seemed comfortable in the offense.
That solid work, plus the fact he's going to be competing primarily against second-team defenders could conspire to make him look pretty good future practices and preseason games.
And you know what will happen when Miami's quarterback-hungry fans see that from Moore?
They'll suggest the Dolphins take another look at that naming of Chad Henne as the starter.

How would he know? He thought he was watching Pat Devlin the entire night.

He couldn't even make out who was throwing during practice in Moore first practice with the Dolphins. He's just instigating crap just like the other crappy beat writer in South Florida. Trying to drum up some drama so they can make their way to ESPN some day.

Well I heard Henne had a good practice Wednesday, of course these beat reporters don't report that, than CBS reports he had one of his best practices Thursday.. So.. I wonder why these guys bash Henne when they get the chance, but never show love when he actually plays good..

feed the wolves.

Are some of us really going to waste the time campaigning for Moore over Henne? It's not even worth the effort.

You know, I really want all our QB's to succeed. I just hope the media does not keep feeding us crap. Henne already knows what daboll is looking for. the others have to catch up quick and I bet these guys will see plently of action in 1 week.
