The culture change has already started, but it won't all happen in one offseason. Ramsey is out the door, maybe by June 1. Hill is likely a goner after 2025.
The team went heavy in the trenches and with high character players in the draft.

I think we will have a losing season…but I can't lie…I'm excited about seeing better trench play on both sides of the ball.
That's football…a weak o-line and d-line is just weakness…and weakness loses in the NFL.
Chop, Grant, Seiler, Chubb, Phillips, Jones, Brooks, Dodson…with back-ups like Biggers and Jordan Phillips (& maybe the Raiders DT that came over). This appears to be a REAL defensive front seven…that can play in cold weather.
DB's well…maybe next year.

I feel the same way. Obviously, there are scenarios where Miami makes the playoffs. But a lot would have to fall the Dolphins way. That could happen. It's what makes the NFL interesting every year.
But it definitely feels like a transition year. While fans may have drafted differently, you could see the plan. Looks like Grier and McDaniel are on the right track recognizing that Miami had to add physical talent.

I get what Hill meant but those types of characters are not leaders in the locker room. It seems like there really isn't a leader on offense. I mean you cant expect much from this team this upcoming season. Let's just watch the ship burn and finally get rid of all these clowns in the organization.
