I heard that if Wanny gets fired before the season ends that Don Shula will be head coach for the remaining games.

no, i highly doubt it. With his son gone, he's not likely to want to step up. And you have to consider, that Wanny won't get fired. There'd be no point to it, unless they got a replacement coach tomorrow. Might as well let him ride the ship to the bottom.

Not a chance. Just some BS that was being thrown around. Shula will be 74 next month and has been out of the game for 8 years.

Earlier in the season he stated that in a dire situation like that he would step in. He went on to say that he thought it would be detrimental to the team to fire a coach midseason and that he did not have any desire to coach again. So................no but because they would not fire a coach with so few games remaining.
