Issue with my banning..

I was banned on Sat for posting a picture of, what I thought anyway, was a photo of fake pooh in reference to the Dolphins' play in the 1st half.. This was a fake pooh, not unlike you would find in many gag stores.. I really dont know how offensive it could have been considering Saban himself later related Elephant poo to the team's play.. Now, I was unaware this was anti-TOS.. Wouldnt a warning have been sufficient? Had I known, I certainly wouldnt have posted it.. And btw, There is near pornographic material posted at the Ladie's Lounge daily, is a picture of a fake poo honestly worse, in regards to the "family atmosphere" we care to maintain here?

Thanks AJ.. Im not really super upset or anything, I just thought a ban was a little bit overboard in regards to the material posted..
 
There been a few issues around here lately with a certain mod banning people for no reason.
 
Perhaps an image edit and a warning would have been in order? I can't say for sure, not having seen the faux fecal matter in question.
