We all know just how crazy this place can get. First, and least, it is important to start fast because I love Finheaven and don't want to see it poluted with tons of hate threads.

Now, much more importantly, it is very important for the Fins to get off to a fast start on Sunday vs. the Bills. The main reason I believe this is because we must get Ronnie involved in this game much more than last week. The more passes the QB the throws, the more chances you have for mistakes to be made. I don't want to see Daunte have to throw it 37 times the rest of the season. You don't win football games by constantly throwing it. We need to get Ronnie going early and get an early lead so we can keep feeding him.

Another part of that, is the teams confidence. I think it will be crippling if we have a start like the Pats did today. I think we must score first and get some rythum early. Like I said, get Ronnie going early and have Daunte complete a few short to intermidiate passes, and just chew the clock early. Keep that Buffalo defense on the field a lot in the first so they are running on empty in the 4th. I don't think they can hold up for 60 minutes in the Miami heat, so let Ronnie control the tempo with the running game. The more carries Ronnie gets, the better he will be. Remember Denver last year? Come the 4th quarter, they were dead and couldn't compete with us.

Lastly, the crowd. The last thing we need is boneheaded fans booing the team if the game doesn't start well. And you know there will be some who are already jumping ship and yelling at the team. That certainly isn't how I want to see Daunte welcomed into Miami. So please, if you go to the game, and we start slow, don't be a jerk and start booing.

So there ya have it. That is my key to the game. Get off to a hot start and get Ronnie going early and often. Keep that Buffalo D on the field and wear them down.

THoughts and opinons please.

We have a veteran team. I do believe they have a sense of urgency as well. Actually I am starting to think that the loss may be good. There was alot of hype around our team. Tgis might just shake the guys up alittle to have had this game slip away.

i think the loss maybe good also, they tasted the win against the champs and it slipped away, it will make the team hungrier then ever and want to get another shot at the stealers

I'm not going to lie, I am scared ****less that we some how faulter against Buffalo. I really don't think we will, but I thought the same thing about the Pittsburgh game. I still am very confident that this team gets it together, but a loss would just be horrible.

we shouldn't worry bout that man. Saban, Houck and Co are probably doing this because they know the o-line still need time to develop the run-blocking.

Once the olinemen keep playing together and start improving the run blocking we'll see more carries to Ronnie. Nick is just using the strenght (pass protection) our line provides now and avoiding the weakness (run blocking).

I'm not worried at all. We may have a balanced offense once we're able to execute everything we need to be balanced.

GO PHINS!

gonna make a us better team or is gonna brake us, we still have 15 more game 2 play,so let's roll wit bump and bruisies

I think if we can get a lead going into the 4th quarter Ronnie will run the bills D into the ground. Ronnie's best runs come later in the game when the defense is tiring. I think Ronnie was going to start getting some better runs against the Steelers but we abandoned the run, then Pitt scored and we had to pass. I don't know if Ronnie will get over 100 yards against Buffalo, but I do think he will be a big factor in this game.

Ronnie will get 120+ yards rushing on Buffalo.. I'll bet big money on it.

I sure hope you're right. We need a big game from our big 3 this weekend to send a message. I expect Chambers to continue his dominance of Buffalo as well. Hopefully we see another 15 catch 238 yard performance.
