agreed, we need a cb but the only options out there are bad players or average vets whom we would have to overpay - ty law or charles woodson at something close to $5 mil/yr? no thanks.

i have been meaning to post the same thing! i am very concerned about our cornerback situation. will allen may be an option but he didn't really live up to his expectations with the Giants. Woodson and Law will be out of our price range. That leaves us with Eric Warfield, Deshea Townsend and Dexter McCleon. Townsend and McCleon are both intelligent CB's but i think i'd rather Townsend. Still, Townsend, Daniels, and a recovering Poole doesn't sound all that flash.:shakeno:

Yep. Been saying the same thing since we cut Sam Madison. We need a vet CB. No way Daniles and Poole are the starting CBs at the start of the season.

I also do not think we can start a rookie opposite Daniels.
