This argument has been used on this board quite a bit lately... "Preseason dosn't matter" ""We haven't game planned"
Maybe preseason dosn't matter to the Pats, Colts, Eagles, and a select few other teams.... but for teams like the Dolphins who have alot of new guys and alot of unproven guys, it means alot.....
In a few weeks it won't be "only preseason" and if they don't improve it could be a disater.
Preseason SHOULD mean alot to the many guys on your roster trying to win a starting spot, or even a spot at all....
Preseason SHOULD mean alot for your QB's, the starting job is up in the air, and instead of grabing it and running, they have gotten progressivly worse.
It will mean alot when the team that played sloppy, poorly executed preseason games plays that way in the regular season... or do they have a "good" switch they'll use when week one rolls around.
