It's Plays Like This That Make Me Proud Tannehill Is Our Qb!

No doubt, dude is tough as nails. And correct me if I'm wrong I think he had two big drops over the first three games that would have been big plays.

I was wondering if they would even try a pass after he was working his arms like that. Awesome.

Edit: "Tough as a Coffin Nail" - love it

the people that don't appreciate what he brings to this team I have chalked up to emotional ignorance. He isn't perfect, but man is he good. You need only watch what happened to Brady last night when faced with some adversity and getting hit.....dismantling. RT has been beat around his whole career and still delivers throws like that. This kid can do it all and it's showing. Ugly ugly wins but he's delivering his end of the deal.

TY... as a recently arrived member you're a breath of fresh air who brings documentation to his pro-Tannehill support. By and large, although you are not alone as an objective newbie, it seems that a greater number arrive with the immediate objective to rag on RT17. Keep up the good work

Watching (and re-watching over and over) that video starting at 2:07 (when the video is in slow motion) is really interesting. I know it's just one play, but . . . . . I'm amazed at what is going on. Because the Dolphins have 6 blockers and the Raiders have 5 attacking, the Dolphins should have a slight advantage. I'm shocked at how easily that Raider over-powers Mike Gesicki (#86). Gesicki was called for Offensive Holding. I'm also shocked that a Raider so easily gets around Ted Larsen, who then blatantly hangs on to that Raider's jersey. Although it's only the 3rd play of that Dolphin possession . . . . and it's the very early in the 2nd quarter . . . . . Larsen looks tired. I would expect Larsen to look like this if we were watching him at the end of the 4th quarter. The other Dolphins (except Gesicki) seem able to stay in front of their attacker. Thanks for posting that video link and thanks for the analysis.
