O.K., the team has totally sucked on offense. If you ask me the core problem is that the o-line can't run block and is only fair at pass protection. When we have no run game every other aspect of what we do gets smothered. No gain on first, gimmicky pass play on second and finally a pass short of the sticks and then punt. That's the unbelievable Gase hurry up and score no points offense. Screw this!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is not a single crease for Ajayi to run through for two weeks in a row. Cutler can't function behind the sticks. Something better change fast.

nothing's going to change fast

Until Miami can stretch the field, the medicore offensive line will continue to look terrible.

This plagued Ryan for years until game 6 of last year when he started to make teams pay down the field consistently.

They miraculously looked competent the rest of the year.

This is all on Gase, both currently and to get it fixed.

This is like, "It's the economy, stupid". Yep, it sure is!

I've said on here for years, and I know it sounds like a joke but it's so true so once again: This OL hasn't been good since Richmond Webb and Keith Sims were here. That's the early 90's folks! I'm amazed this franchise is anywhere near .500 since then as bad as it has been. But it's really not a joke or exaggeration. This OL hasn't had quality since around the '90s. There are guys taken in the draft early enough who earn good money to solve the problem.....they just don't do it. The picks on the OL haven't really been the correct ones or the coaching of all those players has been sub par. Take your pick. I'm not a football coach so I won't make the call. But I do often wonder what other team's OL coaches would do with our guys. Maybe we just don't have five legit starters?
