He will more then likely be put back on the practice squad if no one else grabs him.

Another Big Tuna failure! What a suprise.

You know he was just brought off the practice squad as a back-up while Crowder was out...there was no intention of keeping him on the active roster any longer than needed. It is back to the practice squad for him now that Crowder is returning...pretty simple actually.
The only failure was your comment...
I agree but any roster move is worthy of a thread (imho)
Honestly, it is too bad he got released before we even got a chance to see him play. I would love to see someone step up in a game at ILB...
I like the Folsom project. He's from Weber State, thats like in Idaho or something lol.
I like the fact he was activated, he also outperformed William Kershaw, who was a STer last year, so whenever we are improving, im happy.
He's 6'3 230 at draft time, i wonder if Sparano had him bulk up, or is he staying light? i heard he was really good at covering the TE, so maybe they keep him light.
i never heard his name until draft day, i dont think he was anybodies radar, but they were saying he'd be an interesting SS/ILB hybrid. So sounds like some good TE coverage.
I wish he saw some playing time, kinda hard to get him in there vrs. the pats though since we were playing behind the whole game

Its a shame because Crowder has all the physical tools to be a great LB I'm just not sure he can wrap his head around all the mental details. It's the difference between just missing a big play and making it.
I know what you are saying, but what I don't understand is why is everyone so focused on Crowder when Akin Ayodele has done even less? If we can only replace one ILB for next season, I'd rather it be Ayodele, afterall Ayodele is only signed through 2011 while Crowder is signed through 2013. I know Crowder doesn't make any game changing plays, but Ayodele doesn't either, the funny thing about it, the only impact plays made this year between both of them is the 2 tackles for loss made by Crowder; none by Ayodele.
Eventually both of them need to be replaced, but Ayodele goes first in my book.
