Parcell's made it clear that he doesn't think the guy is worth ****, so they cut the out-for-the-season Jacob Rogers. I know he was a guy they were looking at last year (not that it means anything), and he had a good college career being an all-American. Do you guys think he is worth taking a flyer on and IRing this season?
 
guess i'll be the first to ask... who the hell is he...

hes a left tackle from dallas 54 th overrall pick last years draft if i remember correctly
 
I think he was cut because he got hurt and couldn't work through it. I don't think he cut him because he didn't like him. I could be wrong, so I will look through ESPN and see where I remember that from.
 
UMMM, isn't our Assistant Offensive Line coach the former Offensive Line Coach for USC. If he is any good, he's ours, we have first grab.

I think it was on RT sports that I saw a quote from Parcell's saying drafting is an inexact science and sometimes you have picks like that. That can't be the exact quote but it was something like that. He didn't play very well last year before he got hurt.
 
Parcells thought he should have played through the injury, but Jacobs elected to have the surgery now. Prior to getting hurt, they were very pleased with him and he was going to be their starting RT. I say pick him up and wait till next year. Could not hurt anything.
 
This injury happened last week or maybe longer.He was the starter to be now hes not.Talented but injury prone!!....Pick Your Posion.
