Really, I thought flex scheduling was more moving 1 or 4 PM Sunday afternoon games to Sunday Night Football at 8:30??? Maybe it's just some conflict of interests between football markets.

It's not odd really. They do this to have the right scheduling for FOX and CBS.

There's only 2 CBS games at 4pm that day including ours. The other is Houston/Oakland.
