Jake Long on Sirius Right now 1 08pm

Jake's talking about how he's comfortable on either side but it's nice the Sparano "has my back" on the left side. Schein said he couldn't figure out why people were questioning his ability to play on the left.
 
Jakes excited to play under Sparano, they've already spoke about what he needs to work on to get better.
Now talking about the possiblility of blocking for Chad Henne again if we draft him.
Schein is giving him props on signing the contract. Jake said he just stayed out of it and let his agents handle everything. His agents told him this was the best deal and he took it.
Just said that he wanted to be number 1 and go to Miami
 
Haha they're talking about the Ireland slip and if it was a smoke screen.
Jake said the confidence he had that Miami liked him went down the drain.
 
Schein recommended that Jake should go up with the commissioner to open up the draft and get that out of the way.
Nothing really new or too exciting, he said he was excited to block for Beck. That was about it.

Is he going to NY for the draft? I would be very disappointed if I was one of our members that are going up there and he didn't.

From the way they left it I think he will be there. Schein asked if he Long was going to introduce Godell at the draft but Long hasnt talked to Godell.. Jake isnt sure what is going to go down

At his PC he made the comment that on Tueday he made to Miami in the AM to meet people and hold his PC, and the on Wednesday he was on his way to NY to go through all the pre-draft hoopla. Was excited to get things over with and just relax during the draft.
