Jake Plummer to retire! Rejects trade to Tampa!

Hmm, interesting. Gotta admit, he's not a QB id love to have so think the Bucks are getting a good deal - buy not getting the deal.

John Murphy, of Yahoo! Sports, reports <A href="http://www.kffl.com/team/15/nfl">Denver Broncos QB Jake Plummer has opted to retire instead of going to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers via trade.

No but We should try to trade Joey to them now that they what a vet QB.
 
Plummer had a very confusing career IMO. I mean I'm still not sure if he was pretty good or really bad.
 
I think he is getting even with his team.
 
Plummer was terrible. I have no idea what any teams saw in him. He would have been a good backup. I just never saw the hype that some folks did. When was ever really a stand out? He was just one of those guys who everyone was waiting for to become good, but he just never got there.
 
Plummer's sticking it to the Broncos for demoting him. I wonder if he can unretire and go to the Texans. That'd be ideal. Bucs aren't too interested in Quinn anyways with Simms and Gradowski and they have a lot of other spots to fill. They just need a veteran QB.
