leading up to this pick my top 10 value/needs board looked like this

1. Erin Henderson LB - Maryland
2. DJ Hall WR - Alabama
3. Spencer Larson LB - Arizona
4. Kielen Dykes DT - West Virginia
5. Darnell Terrel CB - Missouri
6. Ezra Butler LB - Nevada
7. J Leman LB - Illinois
8. Paul Hubbard WR - Wisconsin
9. Ben Moffitt LB - USF
10. Athyba Rubin DT - Iowa State

and we draft

Jalen Parmalee

He's a really interesting sleeper RB,

HOWEVER we traded Lorenzo Booker away, isnt that supposed to mean we're okay a RB ?? So many good talents available and we go for a guy who plays a position that we traded away yesterday

serious head scratcher

I dont know who the hell Jalen Parmalee is but I would have loved to get a 3rd round grade H back in Peyton Hillis, 243 with 4.58 speed in the 6th, im hoping he falls to our next pick in the 6th.

This is Bernie Parmele's son. That was just reported on NFLN. Is it possible that has anything to do with it?

Ran a 4.47 40 at 6'0'' 222 , 34'' Vert, and a 6.96 3 cone drill. Good size/speed/agility combo, similiar times with Felix Jones, which is a great comparison.

Guy is 5'11 235 and runs a 4.5 forty Seems like a Brandon Jacobs type back, and could be good short yardage/redzone guy. Ronnie and Ricky are both good pass catchers so I think that is why we traded away lorenz Booker

wow the kid looked great.there's are back up .you gotta love it.i wish these guys would have been here for the last 2 years drafting players.

It's not Bernie's son. NFL Network is wrong.

Per Nfl.com

Jalen ParmeleRB6'0"222ToledoPick Analysis:parmele is really more of a fullback, but a combination player who can occasionally carry the ball. He ran well and was a three-year starter with Toledo.

Certainly don't see that as fullback size. I think he is a typical Parcels late round running back, and he will fit the system they are putting into place. Good power and speed, nice draft pick IMO.

Your post is a head scratcher. This is a bigger guy who can play every down who is being brought in to replace Booker who didnt fit the scheme.
