Everyone knew he was slide over to safety sooner than later - he didn't have the speed to stay outside anymore but was a willing hitter/tackler. Safety made sense.

So... we traded a disgruntled, difficult, more expensive safety for a younger, technically better, cheaper, satisfied safety.

Always thought that was the vision for him here after Grier extended him.
It was obvious last year that his days at CB were numbered but he was great in run support, blitzing and he's a ball hawk. Moving to safety was the most obvious thing ever.

Many of us thought Ramsey would transition well to safety later in his career, which is why I was initially okay with the extension. But the problem with that is that he’s making CB1 and also that he’s a bit of a douche.
Glad he’s gone and I prefer Minkah in that regard, who has handled himself well as a professional as a vet on a bad team.
