Weren't these guys solid in college?

They were just dropped by seattle.

I'm not impressed with our safeties. At best they're servicable.

If one or both of these guys slips past waivers I'd like to put them on our practice squad. Both of them.

Anyone?

Jamaal Brimmer is on the verge of being retarted (he scored like a 2 on the wonderlic) and Junior Rosegreen got WAY overhyped on this site, never really done anything in college to constitute playing on the next level.

any safty that was let go by Seattle (after their two starters) are players I do not want anywhere near Miami.

truly are they any better that what we have @ S , i don´t think so

I don't care if he is a moron, but does he have football smarts?can he cover and guard against the run?

I followed Brimmer at UNLV, if he would have came out his Junior year he would have been a 1st round pick. His senior season he was banged up and didnt do that well.

He's not that fast but he is very quick hard hitter and has good football insticts.

Junior Rosegreen seems to have made his entire reputation from the hit on UGA's Reggie Green. Sure it was a devastating hit but I have no idea why there seems to be so many on here in love with the guy. There is a reason he was undrafted and there is a reason he was cut already. He is an undersized safety without much speed so I can't really understand the fascination with the kid.

Might be because they both suck

sounds exactly like some bum on the roster now by the name of Tony Bua

brimmer was a pretty solid player, look at these accolades

* JIM THORPE AWARD CANDIDATE *
* BRONKO NAGURSKI TROPHY CANDIDATE *
* 2004 PRESEASON FIRST TEAM ALL-AMERICA *
* 2004 PRESEASON MWC DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR *

i wouldnt mind bringing him in, probably wont cost much

MAYBE, Brimmer is worth a look. I would rather take a look at Dexter Reid who just got cut by the Pats.
