its interesting how the Edge doesnt get the criticism that R.B. gets in miami wiht struggling to run the ball. yea james is proven but now that he is on a team wiht no line, he donest get any negative comments but R.B. that has a horrible line just as bad as Arizona, maybe slightly better, gets bashed on. He isnt proven but he never had a decent line to run behind other then last year but he split carries with RW or else he wuolda had at least 1200 yards rushing and w/out those 3 injuries he missed games with. It just shows how baised this league is.

Hmmm, lets see... Simple reason... Edge is in Arizona, a losing franchise. They dont expect to win, and if they do, they are nuts.

Edge is a proven back in this leauge. We give Edge a free pass because he has proven that he is a reliable 1000 yd back year and year out. We know it's his line for a fact which is not the same for Ronnie. I'm not complaining about Ronnie or anything but i'm just explaining the perspective of the people who are.

I have always said Edge is overrated. I talked about this in the Greatest Back in the NFL thread in the General forum. Even this year the Cards are averaging less running yards per game and less yards per carry with Edge vs the Arrington Shipp combo.

But its probably the same story in Arizona right now.

For one thing, I could care less about James because he's not here. The fact remains that for most of this season Brown hasn't gotten it done and hasn't played up to expectations, although his stat line was pretty good yesterday.
