Just saw on instagram, Landry posted a pic of Legarratte Blount and gave him a shout out. Big deal to you or not? He's getting ripped in the comments. "Ball harder than them, Cause we ain't them.. Keep running the rock my G @l_blount29 "
 
Silliness to sweat my guy for repping a friend on a personal page. That's one of the reasons to have an Instagram page.
 
As long as the player has his head on straight, he can offer encouragement to whoever. Beats kicking them when down.
 
Beyond silly to think that the only player's friends are on the same team. Players can get traded or cut at any time, for the most part players should be friends or loyal to whomever they like.
 
If this was Chris McCain something tells me you all would rip him.

But Landry is off limits to criticize on this board. I agree you shouldn't criticize him for this but it has more to do with who the player is for alot of this board

I like the oldschool mentality ... If their friends that's fine.... Send him a text ... But to me the illusion of "rivalries" and hatred towards other teams ( hate might be a strong word) adds to the experience of a game . These kinds of things take away from that ...


So , I don't know it's hard to say . If prefer if he sent him a text for these things though . Lots of fins fans follow him and lots of pats fans follow Blount .

I disagree, if it was chris maccain, I wouldn't care either. I don't care what players do or say off the field as long as it doesn't break the law, or bring shame upon themselves/family/friends/teammates.

sorry, but I don't think players who are here three or less years quite feel the same about rivarlys as we do. their careers are too short and the owners aren't loyal to the players, I hardly expect the players to be loyal outside of their contract and game day.
