Now it isnt because of the INTby allen yesterday or the Forced fumble and many deflected passes by Bell.

I feel that by having Jason Aleen play more and Bell start that enables Renaldo Hill to play CB. That now gives us W. Allen, Daniels, Hill and Goodman at CB. Before Jason Allen and Bell got to play, one minior injury to our CB unit would force the likes of Michael Lehan and Edwin Jackson to be our nickle.

y bell and j allen our going to be really good starting safites for us for a long time

I wholeheartedly agree.

They're just dynamic players and standout performers on the NFL level. Renaldo Hill is a much better cornerback for us and actually provides an enormous boost in that spot as teams aren't really expected to have tackling machines as nickle corners. Tillman just sucks. He came in and performed well last year, but he's blown too much this season. Allen is so fast and instinctual, you've got to throw him in there and let him stay for 10 years. Allen is the Dolphins best shot at a turnover or broken-up deep bomb at any time. Yeremiah Bell is that intimidation in our defensive backfield, body slamming everyone who gets past Zach and Channing. At least we don't have to draft Landry now!

dont know how spielman found bell. im glad he did

Bell was a good player in college... better than your typical 6th round pick, but he suffered injuries in college. Um, reminiscent of the Adewale Ogunleye pick.

Bell and Allen do give us much more versatility in our defensive backfield, but the idea that they could have saved our season when our defense was never the big problem is a bit of a stretch.

That being said, having the flexibility to use Renaldo Hill as a nickel or dime back, and two guys who are going to make plays in Bell and Allen, really does make us a better team. I never understood why Bell wasn't given more opprotunity to play, because he's always been a playmaker. Allen clearly needed the time to learn, and not rushing him into a role he wasn't ready for was, IMO, a smart decision. Now, however, he looks ready to go. Just having Allen in the rotation does give us a chance to move Hill around, so the flexibility is already in place...

Jason Allen did great! I think it was Grossman's first pass he knocked away.
He flew! So much for his hip being a factor. Nice pick too.

Yeremiah is good also, I guess even artards can draft a gem.
He's a very hard hitting safety

I was not aware that reynaldo played corner

how can u possibly say that after half of 1 game.

t.daniels or will allen both give us a better chance at a broken up ball or int. will allen might give up a couple PI during the year, but he is by far our best db on the team. he rarely ever gets beat and if he does he commits PI.

I've always liked Y. Bell, and I'm happy to see him finally get a chance to make an impact, and I hope he keeps it up for the rest of the season.....

As for Allen, it was great to see him making some plays against the Bears. Prior to that game I wasn't sure he had it in him, but he's proved to be making strides on a game by game basis in my opinion. Let's hope he can continue...

All things said, those two guys could prove to be a great duo in the coming seasons as they gain experience. I'm actually liking the thought of that....:cool2:
