I was digging around in the Pro Football Reference website today and this struck me as kinda cool.

JT is tied for 25th with many other players for Non-Offensive TD”S with 8. The all time leader is Deion Sanders with 19. 8 TD’s at D-End is pretty dam impressive if you ask me and quite an accomplishment. If he manages two more he would be in the top 15 all time.

I just thought it was cool and passed it on for anyone who cares.

I posted this awhile ago so I figured I would bring it back to the forefront with an update.

With his TD return on Sunday for his 9th all time JT is now tied for 18th on the all time list for non-offensive touchdowns this includes Punt and Kick returns and Interception and Fumble returns.

Btw, does "non-offensive" include special teams (e.g. kick returns)?

I think the stat (as near as I can figure) covers combine Punt Returns, Kick Returns, Interceptions Returns and Fumble Returns.

He does lead D-linemen in that category.

Yes but you have to count JT's int returns as well he has three for TD's for his total of 9 non-offensive TD's.
