Jason Taylor is hurt (will miss saturdays game)

ESPN just reported he will miss saturdays game with cramps in his back.

Maybe Saban will waive him too :D

I hope JT gets to take it easy this preseason and I certainly hope his 'cramps' are nothing more serious.

He doesnt need the preseason anyway (or at least not nearly as much as the young guys)

Exactly, he will be ok:dolphins::dolphins::dolphins:

Cramps don't last a week. Somthing more must be wrong, but JT missing the Jacksonville game is no loss at all. JT is a vet and doesn't need more than a game or two to regain playing form. This will give guys like Roth more of a chance to get playing time.

P.S. D@mn it Manny Wright, get your fat a$$ back in practice and start developing yourself or you will be right out the door with Poole! :fire:

Lets cut him and any other player that is too injured to play lol. With Toledo's injury history he must be shaking in his shoes lol.

good let him rest and we can see what Roth can do

Today is Wednesday, the game is Saturday. That's not a week away. Either way "better safe than sorry" has been the motto of training camps all over the NFL this year.

I heard that JT returned to practice today. Hopefully that's it for this "back injury" and we never hear those words and "Jason Taylor" in the same sentence again.

Anyone who watches training camp knows that proven veterans often have some small injury that limits work outs and preseason games that all of a sudden seems to get better right around when the season begins. I bet if this was week 1, Jason would be ready to go.

He does have a back injury... it was reported yesterday that he did have a problem beyond cramps. But it wasnt supposed to be serious and people who were at camp said he was still out at practice, talking to the linemean and looking in good spirits, even if he wasn't participating in the drills. I'm too lazy to dig for the thread but it was active as of yesterday.
