haha i hope bill lives up to his word about not giving him up anything less than a 1st. No one will give that up for a guy who shows that football is not his main frame of mind. I understand seeing strahan get a ring last year makes him really want one but......

If Armando has his facts and details straight (big IF for Armando Salguero) then this fills in a lot of blanks, confirms a lot of things that had been implied.

Jason's agent asked for a trade back in January.

He does not intend to attend the mandatory mini camp.

He does not want to attend training camp and will only do so if it helps finalize a trade to a team.

If Miami takes a hard line stance on the whole thing, he'll give up the $7.5 million salary for this year and instead take $4.5 million to go do a movie shoot in October.

Why would we keep a guy who doesn't want to be here! In that scenario everyone loses.
 
I think most people have had it up to here (I just raised my hand real high) with this nonsense and would welcome a deal SOON.

Just so we have something else to talk about SHEESH.
 
This is not the right tack by J.T. John Q. Fan likely does not know what has been going on, but the moment HE takes this public he tarnishes his legacy for good. I am sure we will all eventually get over it and put Taylor where he belongs, in the pantheon of all-time great Dolphins (after all everyone seems to forget how Csonka jumped leagues on us).

I defended Jason through the DWTS stuff, heck I even watched every episode of it . . . but I am sorely upset with him. Let us just get a deal done and move on please.
